COVID-19 Update for our Patients

To our valued patients, protecting the health of our communities is at the core of what
we do. Whether you visit us for general health, treatment of a specific condition, or
working to achieve specific goals: you depend on us for safe, reliable health care. With
all the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we want to personally assure you what we
are doing to ensure that we can provide the services our community depends on,
continuously. That mission drives us constantly, and we will continue to update you on
this rapidly evolving pandemic. We are taking a variety of proactive measures to Flatten
The Curve and reduce the spread of COVID-19. These measures come after detailed
time spent internally planning and preparing.

  • We are closely monitoring this quickly changing situation and relying on
information from our state and federal agencies, medical professionals,
    and our peer medical facilities.
  • Like many others throughout the globe, we are following Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations to reduce the risk of spreading
    the virus, including:
  • Enhancing cleaning routines at our facilities
    o Implementing social distancing
o Limiting access to critical work areas
o Increasing communication to employees regarding effective prevention
o Limiting public access to all our facilities, as of today.

If you usually visit our clinic to receive your services, we can ensure that there will not
be any more than 10 people on premises at any given time. As such, we ask that you
do not bring friends, family members, or children with you to your visits. We ask that if
you have traveled to high-risk areas for transmission of COVID-19 in the past 14 days,
have any flu-like signs or symptoms (fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, etc.), or
have had close contact with anyone with confirmed or is being evaluated/quarantined
for COVID-19 that you utilize our telemedicine service for your appointment. We ask
that all persons in the facility refrain from greeting each other in any form including
handshaking. We will be taking temperatures for all clients and patients that visit our
facility. Any patient will temperature of 99.4 degrees or higher will be asked to
reschedule their appointment, without penalization, until further notice. Our community-
based employees are also temporarily limiting participation in public events such as
trade shows, networking events, etc. during the pandemic. Because we are in
unprecedented times, please keep in mind that information regarding the virus is fluid.
We will continue to keep you updated as information unfolds. For more information
